The staff were very amiable and really caring and kept the place clean. There were central heating, coffee/tea making machines and satellite TV in my double room, greatly enjoyed it. The vibe here was quiet👌😃

I loved the spacious room with bright windows overlooking the pedestrian street, perfect for people watching. The kitchenette was a great feature, equipped with everything needed, including coffee and tea. Ana at the front desk was helpful, giving us personalized recommendations that enhanced our stay. The location was convenient for accessing all the nearby attractions. Noise from the street was quite noticeable, especially on weekends. A double-glazed window would have helped with this. The bathroom door needed maintenance since it squeaked loudly, but the staff eventually addressed it.

Huge bathrooms provide ample space. The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary, great for a comfortable stay without having to dine out every night.
Some rooms could use more attention to cleanliness, with issues like hair in the shower and dust on the skirting boards noted. If you're sharing a space with three people in the Executive Triple Room, the bed sofa can feel cramped when trying to navigate the rest of the kitchen area.

The prime location on Calle Sierpes ensures easy access to all the main attractions, while the spacious room with excellent air conditioning was nice. The modern kitchenette allowed for convenient meal prep, complete with a coffee maker for my caffeine needs.
